বিশ্বের বর্তমান অস্থির পরিস্থিতি এবং মধ্যপ্রাচ্যে চলমান সংঘাত নিয়ে গভীর উদ্বেগ প্রকাশ করেছেন বলিউড তারকা নোরা ফাতেহি।
গত রোববার সামাজিক মাধ্যমে দেওয়া এক ভিডিও বার্তায় তিনি জানান, ভারতে অবস্থান করলেও মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের বর্তমান ঘটনাবলি তাকে মানসিকভাবে ব্যথিত করছে। সেখানকার সাম্প্রতিক চিত্রগুলো অত্যন্ত উদ্বেগজনক এবং সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য কষ্টদায়ক বলেও উল্লেখ করেন তিনি।
ভিডিও বার্তায় নোরা ফাতেহি জানান, বিশ্বজুড়ে চলতে থাকা দীর্ঘদিনের সংঘাত ও ট্র্যাজেডির কারণে মানুষ এখন মানসিকভাবে ক্লান্ত। ভবিষ্যতে পরিস্থিতি আরও কতটা ভয়াবহ হতে পারে, সেই আশঙ্কা জনমনে ভয়ের সৃষ্টি করছে। অভিনেত্রী বলেন, আর কোনো নিরীহ মানুষের প্রাণহানি যেন না হয়, এটাই চাই। এই কঠিন সময়ে একে অপরের পাশে থাকা, প্রার্থনা এবং মানসিক শক্তি জোগানোই সবচেয়ে জরুরি।
নোরা আরও উল্লেখ করেন, বিশ্ব হয়তো বর্তমানে বড় কোনো পরিবর্তনের মধ্য দিয়ে যাচ্ছে, যার প্রভাব সাধারণ মানুষের জীবনে মানসিক ও অর্থনৈতিকভাবে পড়তে পারে। কাজের ক্ষেত্রে বর্তমানে নোরা বেশ ব্যস্ত সময় পার করছেন। সম্প্রতি ‘দিলবার কি আঁখোঁ কা’ গানে তার পারফরম্যান্স দর্শক মহলে বেশ প্রশংসিত হয়েছে। এছাড়া তিনি বর্তমানে কন্নড় ভাষার ছবি ‘কেডি: দ্য ডেভিল’-এ একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ চরিত্রে অভিনয় করছেন।
