আবুধাবিতে গোল্ডেন ভিসায় সুবর্ণ সুযোগ দিয়েছে সংযুক্ত আরব আমিরাত। দেশটিতে সব ধরনের গোল্ডেন ভিসার মেয়াদ ৫ বছর থেকে বাড়িয়ে ১০ বছর করেছে কর্তৃপক্ষ।
সোমবার এই ঘোষণা দিয়েছে মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের প্রভাবশালী এই দেশটি। দুবাই ভিত্তিক সংবাদ মাধ্যম খালিজ টাইমস এর খবরে এ তথ্য জানা গেছে।
আমিরাতের রাজধানী আবুধাবির রেসিডেন্স অফিসের অপারেশন্স বিভাগের পরিচালক মার্ক দর্জি আন্তর্জাতিক সংবাদ মাধ্যমকে জানিয়েছেন, নতুন ঘোষণার ফলে এখন থেকে গোল্ডেন ভিসার মেয়াদ ১০ বছর হবে। বিজ্ঞান গবেষক, চিকিৎসক, বিশেষজ্ঞ ও আবিষ্কারকদের মতো পেশাদারদের বৃহৎ পরিসরে এই সুযোগ দেওয়া হবে।
দেশটির রেসিডেন্স বিভাগের এই কর্মকর্তা আরও জানান, গোল্ডেন ভিসাধারীরা কোনো রকম জিম্মাদার বা গ্রান্টার ছাড়াই সেখানে বসবাস করতে পারবে। এছাড়া স্ত্রী বা স্বামী ও সন্তান এবং বাবা-মার স্পন্সর হতে পারবেন।
সংযুক্ত আরব আমিরাত সরকার- শিল্প, গবেষণা, স্বাস্থ্যসেবা, কৃষি ও ব্যবসায়িকখাতে আরও শক্তিশালী অবস্থান গড়তে গোল্ডেন ভিসার ওপর জোর দিচ্ছে বলেও জানায় রেসিডেন্স বিভাগ।
