করোনাভাইরাসের সংক্রমণ বেড়ে যাওয়ায় ৪২তম বিসিএসের (বিশেষ) ভাইভা ফের স্থগিত করেছে সরকারি কর্ম কমিশন (পিএসসি)। আগামী ২৭ জুন থেকে এ ভাইভা শুরু হওয়ার কথা ছিল। ভাইভার নতুন সময়সূচি পরে প্রকাশ করা হবে বলে জানিয়েছে পিএসসি।
মঙ্গলবার পিএসসির এক সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করে বলা হয়েছে, করোনার কারণে ৪২তম বিসিএস (বিশেষ) ভাইভা পরবর্তী নির্দেশ না দেয়া পর্যন্ত স্থগিত করা হলো।
গত ৬ জুন থেকে ৪২তম বিসিএস (বিশেষ) ভাইভা শুরু হয়। আগামী ১৩ জুলাই পর্যন্ত এ ভাইভা চলার কথা ছিল। কিন্তু করোনা সংক্রমণ বৃদ্ধি পাওয়ায় স্থগিত করা হয়।
সরকারি কর্ম কমিশন (পিএসসি) গত ৫ মে মৌখিক পরীক্ষা সূচি প্রকাশ করে জানায়, ৪২তম বিসিএস বিশেষ ক্যাডারের লিখিত পরীক্ষায় (এমসিকিউ টাইপ) উত্তীর্ণদের মধ্যে ৬ হাজার ২২ জনের মৌখিক পরীক্ষা শুরু হবে ২৩ মে। ৩০ জুন পর্যন্ত ৬ হাজার ২২ জনের ভাইভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
এর আগে ১৮ মে বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বিসিএস ভাইভা স্থগিত করে পিএসসি জানায়, বর্তমান করোনার পরিস্থিতি বিবেচনায় সরকারি বিধিনিষেধের কারণে ৪২তম বিসিএস (বিশেষ) মৌখিক পরীক্ষা স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে নতুন তারিখ জানানো হবে। পরে ৬ জুন শুরু থেকে আবার ভাইভা শুরু করে পিএসসি।
