করোনার সংক্রমণ মোকাবেলায় চলমান বিধিনিষেধের মেয়াদ আরও এক মাস বাড়িয়েছে সরকার। আগামী ১৫ জুলাই পর্যন্ত চলবে এই বিধিনিষেধ।
বুধবার মন্ত্রিপরিষদ বিভাগ থেকে এ সংক্রান্ত প্রজ্ঞাপন জারি করা হয়েছে।
করোনাভাইরাসের সংক্রমণ নিয়ন্ত্রণে সরকার চলতি বছর প্রথমে ৫ এপ্রিল থেকে সাত দিনের জন্য গণপরিবহন চলাচলসহ বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে বিধিনিষেধ জারি করে। পরে তা আরও দুদিন বাড়ানো হয়। পরিস্থিতি নিয়ন্ত্রণে না আসায় ১৪ থেকে ২১ এপ্রিল পর্যন্ত আরও কঠোর বিধিনিষেধ দিয়ে ‘সর্বাত্মক লকডাউন’ শুরু হয়। পরে তা দফায় দফায় বাড়িয়ে এখনো চলমান।
তবে বিধিনিষেধের মধ্যেও দূরপাল্লার গণপরিবহন চলতে পারছে। হোটেলেও বসে গ্রাহক খেতে পারছেন। জরুরি কাজের সঙ্গে সংশ্লিষ্ট অফিসও খোলা। শুধু শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান বন্ধ।
