নোয়াখালীতে বিধিনিষেধ না মানায় ৮৭ ব্যক্তি-প্রতিষ্ঠানকে মোট ৭৫ হাজার ৮০০ টাকা জরিমানা করেছে ভ্রাম্যমাণ আদালত। গত বৃহস্পতিবার রাত পর্যন্ত জেলার বিভিন্ন স্থানে অভিযান চালিয়ে এসব জরিমানা করেছে নির্বাহী হাকিমরা।
ভ্রাম্যমাণ আদালতের ১০টি দল এ অভিযান চালায়। অভিযানকালে জনসাধারণকে সরকার নির্দেশিত লকডাউন ও স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে চলতে অনুরোধ করেছেন নির্বাহী হাকিমরা।
এদিকে, কঠোর লকডাউনের তৃতীয় দিনে নোয়াখালীর বাজার ও সড়কগুলোতে সিএনজি, অটোরিকশাসহ ছোট-খাট যানবাহন এবং মানুষের উপস্থিতি বেড়েছে।
শুক্রবার সকালে জেলা শহর ও পাশ্ববর্তী কয়েকটি এলাকা ঘুরে এমন চিত্র দেখা গেছে। জেলা শহরে মানুষের উপস্থিতি কম থাকলেও শহরের বাহিরের বাজারগুলোতে মানুষের উপস্থিতি ছিল লক্ষ্য করার মত। যাদের মধ্যে বেশির ভাগ মানুষই স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মানছেন না।
তবে, মানুষকে স্বাস্থ্যবিধি সম্পর্কে সচেতন করতে মাঠে কাজ করছে জেলা প্রশাসন। বিভিন্ন সড়কে পুলিশের টহল অব্যহত রয়েছে।
অন্যদিকে, জেলায় নতুন করে ৩৯টি নমুনা পরীক্ষায় করোনা শনাক্ত হয়েছে ১০ জনের শরীরে। মোট আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা ছাড়িয়েছে ছয় হাজার ৮২৩ জনে। যারমধ্যে সুস্থ হয়েছেন পাঁচ হাজার ৫৭০ জন আর মৃত্যু হয়েছে ৯৯ জনের।
