পাঁচ জাতিগোষ্ঠীর সঙ্গে ইরানের পরমাণু সমঝোতা পুনরুজ্জীবনের বহুল প্রতীক্ষিত আলোচনা শুরু হয়েছে অস্ট্রিয়ার রাজধানী ভিয়েনায়। খবর পার্স টুডে’র।
প্রথম দিন শেষে ইরানের প্রধান পরমাণু আলোচক আলী বাকেরি-কানি বলেছেন, প্রথমদিনের বৈঠকে পরমাণু সমঝোতা বাস্তবায়নের প্রক্রিয়া নিয়ে আলোচনা ও মতবিনিময় হয়েছে।
তিনি বলেন, সোমবারের বৈঠকে আমরা এ বিষয়টি তুলে ধরেছি যে, পরমাণু সমঝোতা নিয়ে সৃষ্ট চরম অচলাবস্থার জন্য সেই দেশটি দায়ী যে কিনা আন্তর্জাতিক আইন লঙ্ঘন করে একতরফাভাবে এটি থেকে বেরিয়ে গেছে এবং ইরানের ওপর কঠোর নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করেছে।
আলী বাকেরি বলেন, প্রথমদিনের আলোচনা শেষে সবার আগে নিষেধাজ্ঞা প্রত্যাহারের বিষয়টি মীমাংসা করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়া হয়েছে। এ লক্ষ্যে আজ (মঙ্গলবার) নিষেধাজ্ঞা প্রত্যাহারের উপায় নিয়ে বিশেষজ্ঞ পর্যায়ের আলোচনা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
ব্রিটেন, ফ্রান্স, জার্মানি, চীন, রাশিয়া এবং ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন বা ইইউ’র সঙ্গে ইরানের প্রথমদিনের বৈঠক প্রায় দু’ঘণ্টা স্থায়ী হয়। এ বৈঠকে ইইউ’র পররাষ্ট্রনীতি বিষয়ক উপপ্রধান এনরিক মুরা এবং ইরানের প্রধান পরমাণু আলোচক আলী বাকেরি যৌথভাবে সভাপতিত্ব করেন। রুশ প্রতিনিধি মিখাইল উলিয়ানভ প্রথমদিনের বৈঠককে ফলপ্রসূ বলে বর্ণনা করেছেন।
