যশোরে গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় নতুন করে আরও ২৮৬ জনের করোনা শনাক্ত হয়েছে। একই সময়ে করোনা ও উপসর্গ নিয়ে ১৭ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে।
যশোর জেনারেল হাসপাতালের আরএমও ড. আরিফ আহম্মেদ ও সিভিল সার্জন অফিসের তথ্য কর্মকর্তা ড. রেহেনেওয়াজ জানান, গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় জেলার ৮২০ জনের নমুনা পরীক্ষায় ২৮৬ জনের করোনা শনাক্ত হয়েছে। শনাক্তের হার প্রায় ৪০ শতাংশ। নতুন করে ১৬ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। এর মধ্যে ছয়জন করোনা রোগী ছিলেন। বাকি ১০ জনের উপসর্গ ছিল। বর্তমানে হাসপাতালে ভর্তি আছে ২১২ জন।
এ পর্যন্ত শনাক্ত হয়েছে ১৩ হাজার ৫১৮ জন, সুস্থ হয়েছেন সাত হাজার ৪৬৯ জন, করোনা পজেটিভ রোগী মারা গেছে ১৭৫ জন৷ যশোর জেনারেল হাসপাতালে মারা গেছে ১৬ জন, করোনা ও উপসর্গ রোগীর মৃত্যু হয়েছে৷ যশোর সদর উপজেলায় পজেটিভ শনাক্ত হয়েছে ১২৪ জন, কেশবপুরে ২১ জন, ঝিকরগাছায় ৩৭ জন, অভয়নগরে ৩১ জন, মনিরামপুরে ১৯ জন, বাঘারপাড়ায় ১০ জন, শার্শায় ২১ জন, চৌগাছা উপজেলায় ২৩ জন নতুন করে শনাক্ত হয়েছে৷
