গাইবান্ধার গোবিন্দগঞ্জে হাতল ছেড়ে মোটরসাইকেল চালাতে গিয়ে তিন কিশোর নিহত হয়েছে। বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুর ১২টার দিকে উপজেলার রাজাহার ইউনিয়নের বটগাছ এলাকায় এ দুর্ঘটনা ঘটে।
নিহতরা হলো- সুমন (১৬), আব্দুল্লাহ (১৬) এবং শাকিল (১৮)। তারা সবাই বগুড়ার শিবগঞ্জের বাসিন্দা।
গোবিন্দগঞ্জ থানা পুলিশের ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা (ওসি) মেহেদী হাসান দুর্ঘটনার বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করে বলেন, নিহত তিন কিশোর হ্যান্ডেল ছেড়ে মোটরসাইকেল চালিয়ে রাজাহার ইউনিয়নের পানিতলা বাজার থেকে রাজাবিরাট যাচ্ছিল। একডালা এলাকায় পৌঁছালে রাস্তার মাইলফলকের সঙ্গে ধাক্কা খেয়ে ঘটনাস্থলেই তারা মারা যায়।
