চিত্রনায়িকা পরীমনি, রওনক হাসান, শ্যামল মওলা ও জাকিয়া বারী মমকে প্রথমবার এক ফ্রেমে বেধে ‘স্ফুলিঙ্গ’ নামে একটি সিনেমা নির্মাণ করেছে জনপ্রিয় অভিনেতা ও পরিচালক তৌকীর আহমেদ।
স্বপ্নের বাংলাদেশ ফাউন্ডেশনের প্রযোজনায় নির্মিত এ চলচ্চিত্রের কাহিনি আবর্তিত হয়েছে তরুণদের একটি ব্যান্ড দলকে ঘিরে। বঙ্গবন্ধুর জন্মশতবার্ষিকী উপলক্ষে আগামী ১৭ মার্চ সিনেমাটি প্রেক্ষাগৃহে মুক্তি পেতে যাচ্ছে।
এই ছবির বিভিন্ন চরিত্রে আরও অভিনয় করেছেন মামুনুর রশীদ, আবুল হায়াত, শহীদুল আলম সাচ্চু, ফজলুর রহমান বাবুসহ অনেকে।
মুক্তির আগে প্রচারণার অংশ হিসেবে ইতোমধ্যে ‘তোমার নামে’ শিরোনামে ছবির একটি গান প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। পিন্টু ঘোষের কথা ও সুরে গানটি গেয়েছেন মুত্তাকি হাসিব, সুকণ্যা মজুমদার ঘোষ, বাসমা কাজী, রোকন ইমন ও পিন্টু ঘোষ। সঙ্গীতায়োজন করেছেন পিন্টু ঘোষ ও রোকন ইমন।
