আগামী ১২ মার্চ ত্রয়োদশ জাতীয় সংসদের প্রথম অধিবেশন ডেকেছেন রাষ্ট্রপতি।
সোমবার জাতীয় সংসদ সচিবালয়ের গণসংযোগ অধিশাখা-১ এর পরিচালক (উপসচিব) মো. এমাদুল হকের সই করা এক সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়।
এতে বলা হয়, গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের রাষ্ট্রপতি মো. সাহাবুদ্দিন ১২ মার্চ, বৃহস্পতিবার সকাল ১১টায় জাতীয় সংসদ ভবনের সংসদ কক্ষে ত্রয়োদশ জাতীয় সংসদের প্রথম অধিবেশন আহ্বান করেছেন।
গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের সংবিধানের ৭২ অনুচ্ছেদের (১) দফায় প্রদত্ত ক্ষমতাবলে জাতীয় সংসদের অধিবেশন আহ্বান করেন রাষ্ট্রপতি।
