বসন্ত আর ভালোবাসার দিনে জীবনের দ্বিতীয় ইনিংস শুরু করেছেন জাতীয় ক্রিকেট দলের একসময়কার তারকা অলরাউন্ডার নাসির হোসেন।
রবিবার উত্তরার একটি রেস্তোরাঁয় তার বিয়ের আনুষ্ঠানিকতা সম্পন্ন হয়। বিয়ের অনুষ্ঠানে তার পরিবারের লোকজন এবং ঘনিষ্ঠ আত্মীয়-স্বজনরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
রবিবার দিবাগত রাতে নিজের ভেরিফাইড ফেসবুক পেজ থেকে স্ত্রীর সঙ্গে বিয়ের ছবি পোস্ট করেন নাসির নিজেই। সেই পোস্টে তিনি লেখেন, আলহামদুলিল্লাহ। আমাদের নতুন জীবনের জন্য দোয়া করবেন।
জানা গেছে, নাসিরের স্ত্রীর নাম তামিমা তাম্মি। পেশায় তিনি একজন কেবিন ক্রু। কাজ করেন বিদেশি একটি এয়ারলাইন্সে। অনেক আগে থেকেই পরিচয় ছিল তাদের।
গত সেপ্টেম্বরে একজন তরুণীকে নিয়ে নিজের ইন্সটাগ্রামে ছবি পোস্ট দিয়েছিলেন নাসির। যদিও মিনিট দশেক পর পোস্টটি তিনি ডিলিট করে দেন। জানা গেছে, তামিমা তাম্মিই ছিলেন সেই তরুণী।
অনেকদিন ধরে জাতীয় দলে অনিয়মিত নাসির হোসেন। ফিটনেসে উত্তীর্ণ হতে না পেরে ঘরোয়া লিগ বঙ্গবন্ধু টি-টোয়েন্টি কাপে সুযোগ পাননি তিনি। তবে সদ্য অনুষ্ঠিত আবুধাবি টি-টেন লিগের ফ্র্যাঞ্চাইজি পুনে ডেভিলসের হয়ে খেলেছেন তিনি। দলটির অধিনায়ক ছিলেন তিনি।
