ন্যাশনাল ডেস্ক : স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার কল্যাণ অধিদপ্তরে ড. জাহিদ মালেক রোববার (৭ ফেব্রুয়ারি) সকাল ১০টায় টিকাদান কর্মসূচির উদ্বোধন করেন।
অনুষ্ঠানে স্বাস্থ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, ইতিপূর্বে যারা করোনার টিকা নিয়েছেন তারা সবাই সুস্থ আছেন। আর এ টিকাদান কার্যক্রম বছরব্যাপী চলবে।
স্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষায় সবাইকে টিকা নেয়ার আহ্বান জানান তিনি। অ্যাপ ছাড়াও টিকাদান কেন্দ্রে গিয়ে নিবন্ধন করে করোনা টিকা নেয়া যাবে।
ভ্যাকসিনের গুণগত মান নিয়ে স্বাস্থ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, ভ্যাকসিন নিয়ে আমরা কোনো সমালোচনা চাই না। এটা মানুষের জীবন রক্ষার্থে দেয়া হচ্ছে। তিনি আরো বলেন, আমাদের কাছে ৭০ লাখ ভ্যাকসিন রয়েছে। প্রত্যেককে দুই ডোজ করে ৩৫ লাখ ভ্যাকসিন দেয়া যাবে।
সারাদেশে ১ হাজার ৫টি হাসপাতালে ২ হাজার ৪শ’ টিম কাজ করছে। রাজধানীতে সরকারি ৫০টি হাসপাতালে দেয়া হচ্ছে করোনার টিকা।
করোনার ভ্যাকসিন নিয়ে কোনো গুজব যেন না হয় সেদিকে নজর রাখতে বলেছেন। আমরা এই কার্যক্রম সুন্দরভাবে করতে চাই। দেশব্যাপী হাজার হাজার স্বাস্থ্যকর্মী এই ভ্যাকসিন কার্যক্রমের জন্য কাজ করছে। আপনাদের সবার সহযোগিতা কামনা করছি।
